BUSINESS LOAN
A large trading business client was purchasing a commercial premise for investment purposes. The client had spoken to a bank, with whom they had a long-term relationship, but engaged Blackwood Financial Solutions to get a second opinion. We liaised with commercial banking contacts to a loan offer to the client at a saving of 1% in comparison.

Blackwood Financial Solutions was approached by an individual who wanted to obtain funds for the purchase of a new home after his bank refused the loan. The client had recently changed employment status, and was receiving a salary via the family trust as a ‘consulting fee’. Blackwood Financial Solutions workshopped client requirements with accredited lenders and soon found a loan that was significantly cheaper than the original bank could offer.

Blackwood Financial Solutions was recently working with a British client who had moved to Australia on a 457 visa. Upon arrival, the client was looking to purchase a new home. They had set up their banking account with a major Australian bank before leaving the UK, but its policy was to not lend to 457 visa-holders. Blackwood was able to source three financiers that would lend money.
